Very friendly all the receptionist are very nice and helpful!! They know me by name! I dont feel like a number here they care about what's going on in life. The drs are good and so isn't the other medical staff!! Great job everyone keep it up!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I've been coming to square medical group for the last couple years and they've always worked with me and helped me whenever I needed. They're on top of things and whenever they're are pharmacy problems they fix them in a timely fashion. Dr. Cunningham is great and BethAnn always helps me out. Square Medical Group (WATERTOWN) are unbelievable they take care of their patients! Unbelievable patient staff relationship they look out for their patience best needs and most of all Leah she is the best!!! Any prior authorization you need she's got it handled!!!

Leagh is unbelievable. Down to earth, very friendly, will do anything to help including joke around and make you feel comfortable when you're in a tough spot. I didn't even feel like I was at a doctors office. Marcia is also super awesome and took the time to get to know me on my first visit with her. She genuinely seems to want to help her patients. Overall awesome place

Square Medical Group is a lifesaver!!!! I have been going there for a couple years. Leagh and Beth-Ann are great. They do everything they can to help you. The ladies in the front are always willing to help as well. Square Medical cares about your health and well being. I highly recommend going there for treatment

I have dr c and him and the staff have been grate im a vetetan with ptsd tbi gad sub ab and much more and they offer phytrist and therapists and front staff great the girls and mr .wilson the manget is understanding and excellexcent ive been clean. Ive gotten my life back through subutex and klonopin ans other meds plus i can talk about stuff and they lisyen we had our bumps but im proud to say they didnt give up on me and in return my life i HAVE thank you

Beth Ann and Leagh are amazing!!! When I had an issue with my insurance and prior authorization They went to the ends of the earth and beyond to get my insurance to off the rise as qui they went to the ends of the earth and beyond to get my insurance to authorize as quick as possible what should’ve taken days was much quicker and instead of getting frustrated they were beyond helpful. Thank you Girls! And Marcy at the front desk has always been so willing and helpful to help adjust around my time schedule and get me in to be seen no matter what. I love this place and it’s one of my favorite private sector clinical health care centers to goto. 5 Stars Y’all

If it wasn't for the caring, kind and understanding but encouraging staff here, I know I would not be over a year clean today. The receptionists are amazing and even though things can get so busy and hectic, they always do they're best to help me with last minute schedule mix-ups- they make sure that I can be seen as soon as possible and they go out of their way to let me know they care about me and my wellbeing! It's always a pleasure to see or talk to Sharon! I've been on the vivitrol shot on and off for 3+ years and I used to struggle with actually getting it or not. The nurse who administers my shot has absolutely influenced me time and time again in such positive ways. when I didnt care about myself or my sobriety, BethAnne showed me that she cared- when I needed it most!! She is so friendly and personable which is important to me. She has put up with my stubbornness and has seen me at my worst but she's also seen me at my best. I feel like it's these "little" people who do the biggest jobs because they can make or break an experience at a doctors office, they're the ones who deal with mad sad happy or out of control people on a regular basis with a smile on their face and only with encouraging words to offer. BethAnne, along with other nurses at square, literally keep me coming back because I know for a fact they CARE about their patients and they truly want everyone who walks into Square medical group to feel comfortable and be successful their recovery. I love square, I love my doctor Dr. Carter, I love Bethann and all the receptionists!!

Square medical group, from top to bottom is the best experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office. The staff out front are so friendly and helpful. They actually remember you and ask you how you are doing. Becky is so kind and no matter how busy she is, she is always willing to answer a question or help you with insurance/pharmacy issues. Finally, Dr. Carter is the most professional, educated, well informed, kind, and compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. She always takes the time to listen to you and provide you with the care that you need. Overall I love this place. Thank you.

TMS has been a life saver for me. I have been suffering from depression for years. Medicine has helped somewhat but TMS has worked wonders. I feel awake for the first time in a long time. People with depression know what I mean. Everyone in the office is so kind. I am very grateful for their support. Brenden and Tanya and Leticia were especially nice. Thank you all for your kindness and help.

This Medical office has been very helpful to me. I have been suffering from symptoms for a long time and numerour doctors were not able to help me. Every medication I tryed would give me side effect that overpowered the efficacy or just did not work. I felt hopeless and helpless. First time I saw Dr. Lender she siad: " I have good news for you. Next week we are getting a new machine for an innovative treatment, which offers excellent results with no side effects". I was the very first patient to get the TMS treatment and it was super effective. My symptoms got much better and NO SIDE EFFECTS! My therapist Tanya was just a pleasure to work with and everybody in the office was very supportive and friendly. I highly recommend this medical office and the TMS treatment. I can not say enough to express my appreciation to Dr. Natalie Lender and her staff. Thank you very much!

I had such a good, positive experience with my TMS sessions. Everyone was kind and supportive. The session itself is very easy and completely painless, and lasts only about 20 minutes. The location is easily accessible, both by car (with ample parking) and by bus (just a short walk), and it felt like a very safe neighborhood and the property is open and well-kept. The office itself is attractive and clean and I was greeted very warmly. I felt very comfortable in the waiting room, but never waited long as they kept a very efficient schedule. It was a wonderful place for my treatment.

Dr.Labun is one of the best doctors I've ever had, he's caring, he shows great concern for my needs and health, and I hope to continue having him as my doctor for a very long time! 😀

I Have been with them since the begining with very few wrinkles and while phone tag is not my first choice it's minor compared to the fine job they seem to do. It just can't be easy That low review is a good reason to throw out the lowest one when the sample plan clearly does not support it and the fact that a name is mentioned in poor taste is another reason it should be taken down. It makes no sense

This place is so amazing...with their help my fiance and I were able to develop the strongest possible case against DCF , making sure we are protecting my son from any psychological or emotional. I would like to personally thank the office manager Welson Pierre for being a strong advocate for my family as well as providing the best personalized care possible. Welson really makes you feel that your are the only client that Square Medical Group has and that they would go to the ends of the earth for you and they did. Also the Doctors are amazing especially Doctor Cynthia Carter who is nothing short of amazing, she always takes the time to listen as well as works with you rather than having a feeling of "your in a doctors office and it's a sterile environment." She definitely went above and beyond for my family and she really believes in giving the "forgotten people" a second chance, never once did I feel judged or pushed aside. I could go on and on about Square Medical Group but ill stop here but if your looking for anything as far as a medical center there is no other choice Square Medical Group is the only choice. I've been a patient for many years here! I just wanted to say that one of the receptionist there Sharon is absolutely AMAZING ❤ She goes above and beyond for me and every other patient there. Sharon we love you,and you deserve an award for putting up with all our crazy impatient asses!!

Not only are the staff wonderful but the individual care is top notch. I cant disagree more with the previous review. Willson is not only capable but he is understanding and truly cares about the people hes helping. I could not be happier with the way he runs this Facility. 5 stars! if you want to stay clean and need good support you found the place.
